4. Payment and Delivery

5. Right of Withdrawal

5.3. The right of withdrawal cannot be used in the following cases:

6. Return Process

7.3. The Seller is not responsible for damages caused by improper or non-intended use of the product.
8. Privacy and Data Protection
The Buyer’s personal data is processed in accordance with the applicable data protection legislation and is not shared with third parties without consent. The Seller’s Privacy Policy applies.
9. Dispute Resolution
In case of disputes, the Consumer Arbitration Committees or Consumer Courts located in the Buyer’s residence area are authorized.
10. Enforcement
The Buyer is deemed to have accepted the terms of this contract by completing the payment process. The contract is executed electronically.
